Accessibility statement
GoLocalPickup (golocalpickup.com) is committed to making our website and seller shop pages usable for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practicable. We design and build with keyboard navigation, readable text contrast, clear labels, and meaningful structure in mind.
Measures we take
- Semantic headings and labels on core forms and flows
- Visible focus states and keyboard-accessible controls
- Text alternatives for brand and shop logos where provided
- Responsive layouts that work across common screen sizes
- Ongoing fixes as we learn about barriers from users
Known limitations
Seller-uploaded images, logos, and custom shop colors are controlled by each seller. High-contrast themes and alt text for every upload cannot always be guaranteed by the platform. Third-party payment flows (such as Stripe or PayPal) are subject to those providers’ accessibility practices.
Compatibility
GoLocalPickup is designed to work with modern browsers (current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and common assistive technologies. Older browsers may not receive full support.
Feedback
If you have trouble using any part of GoLocalPickup, please contact us and include the page URL and a short description of the issue. We will do our best to help and improve the experience.

Enforcement
If you believe you have encountered an accessibility barrier and are not satisfied with our response, you may also have rights under applicable law (including the Americans with Disabilities Act in the United States). This statement is provided for transparency and does not create contractual rights beyond those required by law.
